Dan Braun has been working in the construction industry for
thirty years, living
with his family in North County San Diego.
For the last twenty years, he has been an integral part of the
Del Rancho Pools family. His experience in all facets of pool
design, construction and remodeling, has won Del Rancho
Pools
several industry awards relating to innovative designs
and construction techniques. Dan works hand-in-hand with our
design and construction team to truly create a backyard oasis
for Del Rancho customers. During his free time, Dan enjoys beach volleyball and biking. 
General Manager Kevin Gault began working in the Swimming Pool and Spa industry in 1997, after proudly serving our country in the Marine Corps for 13 years. Having extensive experience in pool and spa cleaning and chemical maintenance, repair, sales and construction, Kevin works to develop a relationship with each of our customers. Knowing about each customer helps Kevin find the best solutions and options for our customers and whatever they might need for their pool, spa or fountain! During his off time, Kevin enjoys golfing as often as possible, and is an avid fan of professional football!
Mike Stone started in the Pool and Spa industry in 1999, and has worked extensively with everything from weekly pool and spa maintenance, chemical troubleshooting and stain removals, repairs and installations to construction of custom pools, spa and water-features. Mike continues to work in several departments for Del Rancho Pools, and during his off-time, he performs as a drummer/percussionist in several bands around San Diego and Los Angeles, as well as operating a small recording studio, and composing experimental music. Mike’s Orange-Wing Amazon parrot, Charlie, is a regular fixture in our retail store. Stop by and say hello!
Chuck Grosse joined the Del Rancho Pools team in 1996 by
working in the field as a job superintendent. Having a broad
range of experience in construction and an engineering/geology
background, along with being bilingual (English/Spanish)
made him a valuable company asset. Over the following years
he worked his way up the company ladder and into design and
project management. Today his focus is working with clients
and overseeing the construction department. In the community
he is a Scout Leader and
volunteers at his kid's elementary
school garden. Favorite hobbies include
fishing, hiking, camping, rock-hounding, and travel. 
Brian Toro has been with Del Rancho Pools since 1998,
beginning with weekly maintenance and rapidly moving into
our repair department, where he is now our go-to guy for the
toughest installations and repair jobs! Brian has received
extensive manufacturer training, and regularly attends
workshops and seminars on the latest in pool and spa
technology. An avid surfer and a family man, Brian has traveled
the world, and is the proud father of two.
